If you have not booked packing assistance, you need to ensure that all your belongings are fully packed, disassembled, and ready to be moved out on the moving day. Fragile furniture and textiles should be protected, and all items that fit in a moving box should be packed and protected in a moving box. According to the general moving regulations BOHAG2010, you as the customer are responsible for any damages that can be attributed to insufficient packing if you have not booked packing assistance.
