Requirements before cleaning
- Turn off and defrost the freezer and fridge; we do not clean freezers and fridges that haven't been defrosted beforehand.
- Inform us in advance if pets have lived in the residence.
- Notify us if there are pests or mold in the residence.
- The apartment/house must be empty for us to clean. If the apartment is not empty, we will have to charge extra as it will delay the process.
